sex and the city (of Atlanta)

i just got back from the gym. yes, its 11:30pm. since deciding to do the half marathon this morning, i've decided to use the blog as an online workout journal... so every night i'll update this with my workout - in theory it should work like my food journal (never did)...which is to say that if i workout, i'll be honest about what i did and for how long and if i don't work out, me and and my fans (ha!) will know about it. so tonight i ran 2 miles. i set the treadmill for the 5k workout, but give me a break, i only really started running today. tomorrow i'll try again.
so i'm waiting for letterman to come on and the local news just reported that atlanta was ranked by forbes magazine as the #1 place to be for singles. really? REALLY? pffffffffffffffffffffffft...
